RETURNS
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receiving them. However, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must include all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging must remain as it arrived with the product.
- Normal handling of the product must be evident, with no damage caused by careless handling.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
- The product was found defective upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge customers for shipping costs.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days and, if all conditions are met, officially acknowledged during this period.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons unrelated to us.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to begin the return process:
- Send an email to: info@wineglassbay-boutique.com
- Ensure the email contains:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s address
We will then contact you and provide the return address. Never send returns to the sender’s address; we will provide the correct address after your request. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Consumers have the right to cancel under the following conditions, provided they are individuals entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activities:

Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receive the last goods.
As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. We cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery is completed, so refunds are not possible until the products are received.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Wineglass Bay Boutique) via a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The cancellation is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning products is the buyer’s responsibility.
Policy for Orders in Transit
Since our products ship from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the products and then return them. You can notify us of your cancellation in advance.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, except for shipping costs (including additional costs incurred from selecting a delivery method other than the least expensive one we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal and the products. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you incur fees for this refund.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING PACKAGES. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR DESIGNATED ADDRESS IN CHINA.
